I have been trying to call for days. The phone rings endlessly and eventually just hangs up. Nobody ever picks up. I was lucky and got through to a person on one of about twenty calls but only half of the transaction was completed and the person on the other end said she could not help me complete it. I tried to use your website. It would not allow me to access my flight. This is no way to run an airline.
I traveled by Air China from JFK to New Delhi with my husband on Aug 25, 2019. Upon arrival, one bag was missing. We filled the formalities and were promised to be contacted but haven’t been so far. No one picks up the phone. It’s been a nerve wracking experience.
